PREVENTION OF INCISIONAL HERNIA AFTER MIDLINE LAPAROTOMY WITH MODIFICATION OF CLOSURE TECHNIQUE: SYSTEMATIC REVIEW AND META ANALYSIS

Abstract INTRODUCTION Incisional hernia is the main complication after laparotomy, prevention of this currently aimed at preoperative rehabilitation, modification closure technique and use prophylactic mesh.
